Hey! It's Dr. Tay!
Welcome to my page!
- S.T.E.M. engagement sparks curiosity, fuels innovation, and builds the future--because discovery begins with access. -

Welcome!
Hey Dr. Tay, LLC & the Hey Dr. Tay Foundation, Inc. were founded by Dr. Lataisia Jones (Dr. Tay), a distinguished alumna of Virginia State University and the first African American to earn a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from Florida State University. Dr. Tay is dedicated to launching innovative STEM initiatives on a global scale, specifically focusing on bridging the gap between curiosity and S.T.E.M. career-readiness. This mission is actualized through interactive programming that exposes audiences to high-level careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, alongside the trailblazers who lead them. Through tailored curriculum development and strategic partnerships, the Hey Dr. Tay Foundation, Inc. actively works to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of global STEM professionals.
